For this reason, we developed this specialized machine which takes into account small-size cutting and ultra-high precision.
It can be widely used in precision parts, semiconductor materials, jewelry, and crafts, for cutting steel, semiconductor materials, gold, and silver precious metals.
Different from traditional gantry laser cutting machines, this high-precision system can achieve Ultra-high cutting accuracy of 0.01MM. It utilizes a high-rigidity marble table base and a high-strength bed, equipped with a magnetic suspension motor, gantry dual-drive module, and high-precision sensors to achieve performance beyond traditional gantry machines.
The sophisticated three-axis transmission design ensures high-speed stability. Testing confirms it can cut metals of 0.2 MM and above without deformation, achieving high-speed, stable, and precise results.
