Yes, customization is our strength. We design and develop more than 5 new models every year. Please provide your samples or drawings for a tailored solution.
What are your payment terms?
We require a 30% deposit in advance via T/T, with the remaining 70% due before delivery via T/T or L/C. Small amounts via Western Union are also acceptable.
How long does delivery typically take?
For in-stock goods, delivery takes approximately 2 days. For regular production orders, the timeline is generally 25-35 days depending on quantity.
What kind of warranty do you provide?
We offer a warranty of 6 months to 1 year depending on the specific product. During this period, we provide solutions based on photo evidence of the parts needed.
