WT-QY800 Continuous Emissions Monitoring System (CEMS)
The system is a comprehensive flue gas emission monitoring solution composed of four key subsystems: smoke and dust monitoring, gaseous pollutant monitoring, flue gas parameter monitoring, and data acquisition/processing. It is designed to accurately measure SO2, NOx, O2, dust, temperature, pressure, flow rate, and humidity.
For specific industrial requirements, the system can expand to monitor HCl, HF, CO, CO2, and NO2. Utilizing micro heat tracing gas analysis modules (DOAS and TDLAS technology) and secondary condensation, the system effectively removes water and cools the gas sample. This dry measurement approach solves the instability often caused by humidity fluctuations in applications like waste incineration.
