AAC Production Process
1. Raw Material Processing Section
The ingredients for our autoclaved aerated coagulation production include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). This section is dedicated to the precise processing and secure storage of the raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
This section crafts autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision. It involves fabricating essential steel mesh cages and incorporating manual and automatic hanging mesh systems for assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Focusing on creating top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this system integrates sophisticated mesh hanging with seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame carrying the billet body is de-mudded. The side plate and blank body are expertly placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts. A ground turning table handles the removal and recycling of corner waste.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are maneuvered into the tank for constant-pressure maintenance. After curing, products are smoothly extracted from the autoclave and transported to the packaging section.
6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, cakes are sorted, palletized, and packed. The conveying systems transport them efficiently to the storage yard for delivery.
