The EC mirror coating production line consists of a series of large-scale vacuum chambers, which provide a controlled vacuum environment crucial for the precise deposition of coatings on EC mirrors. The blue pipelines and gas cylinders are part of the gas supply system, delivering necessary reactive gases for the coating process, while the white electrical cabinets on the side manage power, temperature, and process parameters to ensure stable and uniform coating. Additionally, the carriers are designed to hold and transport EC mirrors through each stage of the coating workflow, enabling efficient mass production of high-quality EC mirrors with consistent anti-reflection or other functional coatings, meeting strict optical performance requirements.

We are a technology-based growth enterprise engaged in the research, development, and manufacturing of vacuum coating equipment. The R&D team currently consists of 6 technical personnel and 20 front-line employees. Main production and processing equipment includes laser cutting machines, CNC bending machines, CNC gantry milling machines, machining centers, and CNC lathes. The primary focus is on continuous vacuum coating machines and individual vacuum coating machines for preparing ITO, AR, hard coatings, and decorative color films. Key advantages lie in the independent research and development and self-production of vacuum chambers, equipment automation, and self-design of equipment processes, providing one-stop high-quality services.
