The blue pipelines and gas cylinders are part of the gas supply system, delivering necessary reactive gases for the coating process, while the white electrical cabinets on the side manage power, temperature, and process parameters to ensure stable and uniform coating. Additionally, the carriers are designed to hold and transport EC mirrors through each stage of the coating workflow, enabling efficient mass production of high-quality EC mirrors with consistent anti-reflection or other functional coatings, meeting strict optical performance requirements.
