This high-precision video measuring machine is designed for fast, automatic dimensional and geometric tolerance inspection. Built on a high-stability granite base and stage with directly mounted linear guides, it delivers excellent rigidity, long-term accuracy, and repeatability.

The system integrates a high-resolution industrial color CCD camera with a fully automatic motorized zoom lens, enabling flexible 2D and 3D measurement of precision parts. With an optional touch-trigger probe and laser sensor, it extends traditional 2D optical measurement into full 3D coordinate measurement for complex profiles, form, and position tolerances.
