The machine is suitable for automatically packaging of viscous products with free-flowing such as water, oil, etc. The integrated processes of bag making, measuring filling, sealing cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. Packing material include several kinds of heat seal lamination, such as PET/plated AL/PE, PET/PE, PAPER/PE, NYLON etc.

Our machine uses a unique gear pump which has a non-drip and tail suck back function, this ensures that the sealing margin is very clear without any paste drip on seal to make bag airtight.

The machine uses the latest technology to control speed, bag length and registration. All these functions are easy to setup via the touch screen interface. The vertical sealing section is now guarded so that no accidental mishaps can occur. Draw down bag wheels are now coated in Silicon so that no damage occurs to the film during operation. All materials used during construction are chosen for resistance to corrosion, strength, and durability.
