Porch-Shaped Overhead Crane
The layout features a porch-like structure where the vacuum lifter runs along a traveling beam, which in turn moves along the main frame beams. This design is highly efficient for insulating glass lines, lamination lines, vertical CNC, and tempering processes.
Equipped with a vacuum lifter, it allows a single operator to move glass sheets up, down, rotate, and turn over with ease, saving space and manpower across large coverage areas.
Vacuum Glass Lifters
Widely used for factory handling and outdoor installation, vacuum lifters prioritize safety and efficiency. They reduce personnel requirements and minimize injury risks to ground staff. Using Thomas brand vacuum pumps and Japan SMC control systems, these lifters operate reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 90°C.
In case of power failure or pipe bursts, the system automatically locks the vacuum to hold the glass securely for 10-15 minutes.
