Our machine uses a unique gear pump which has a non drip and tail suck back function, this ensures that the sealing margin is very clear without any paste drip on seal to make bag airtight. Draw down bag wheels are now coated in Silicon so that no damage occurs to the film during operation.
The machine uses the latest technology to control speed, bag length and registration via the touch screen interface. All materials are chosen for resistance to corrosion and strength for application.
