AT4016 X-ray foreign body detector is a single-source X-ray foreign body detection equipment independently developed. The equipment uses an embedded Linux operating system and integrated hardware configuration. The system runs fast, operation is convenient, and configuration resources are highly integrated.
Widely used in the food industry, medical industry, textile industry, aquaculture, processing, and integrated circuit board industries. It meets HACCP and IFS certification standards, identifying defects such as damage, deformation, bubbles, and missing components.
Utilizing the penetrating power of X-rays, the detector identifies metal and non-metal foreign bodies (meat products, aquatic products, fruits, vegetables, milk powder, chocolate, etc.) and medical or textile items (broken needles). It also detects packaging cracks, bubbles, and content defects.
