The independently developed visual laser marking system deeply integrates laser marking, motion control, and automatic loading and unloading technologies, enabling unmanned automatic marking processing. The software system supports customized assembly lines (x, y dual-axis platforms), and supports flying marking, pseudo-coaxial mode, and off-axis mode.
Through visual automatic recognition, positioning, and motion control, it achieves dynamic marking on assembly lines. Using visual positioning technology to guide the laser for precise marking of workpieces, it solves problems such as difficulty in manual positioning and low marking efficiency.
