The XR-500D series is designed for detecting contaminants within small packaged products. It identifies metal and non-metal impurities including ferrous, non-ferrous, stainless steel, glass, ceramic, stone, bones, hard rubber, and hard plastic. It is effective even for products wrapped in aluminum foil or metallised film. Detection is based on density differences, allowing for the identification of extremely tiny foreign objects.
